Registrar

Ph.D. is a desirable qualification.

(i) Doctorate degree in any branch of Agriculture, Veterinary or Animal Husbandry (relaxable to high second class M.Sc. degree or equivalent Post-graduate qualification in the case of candidates with exceptionally distinguished record of productive research and teaching).
(ii) Ten years experience of teaching and/or research of which five years should have been in a position of responsibility

SMS (Subject Matter Specialist)
(i) Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at Master’s degree level, in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. Candidates must have respective basic degree at undergraduate level from Agricultural/Technical University.
(ii)Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by the ICAR, UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.A relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks, at the Master’s level for the SC/ST category. A relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D. degree holders, who have passed their Master’s degree prior to 19th Sept., 1991.
(iii) Ph. D. If available shall be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria :

Staff Nurse
Age Limit : 18-25 years as on 31.07.2013
Educational Qualification : a) Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. b) Should be registered as ‘A’ Grade Nurse with a State Nursing Council.

Technical Assistant Production
Age Limit : 18-25 years as on 31.07.2013
Educational Qualification :
a) Higher Secondary or equivalent from a recognized board.
b) Certificate of Training in Printing from a recognized board.
c) 3 years’ experience in preparation of dummy, layouts of publication and proficiency in different stages involved in printing of publications.
d) Good Knowledge of Hindi and English.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Age Limit : 18-25 years as on 31.07.2013
Educational Qualification : Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board.Typing speed of 30 w.p.m.

Application Fee :

Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) by a crossed Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft in favour of Director, National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi payable at New Delhi.No fee for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, female candidates and Departmental candidates.
